Polished Python

Of all the beautiful animal prints, snake is my favorite.  Which is a bit ironic seeing that I fear that creature more than any other.  I like that the print is small and abstract as opposed to the graphic large scale of say zebra, giraffe or tiger.  Snakes have a natural ombre coloring and when used on clothing in a strategic design the fading from dark to light can be very sliming!

Python prints are fierce!  I like to feel fierce especially for those times in life that you may need the extra boost in confidence.  Dressing is more than just fabric on your body, it can be empowering.  Adding a piece that makes you feel pretty sometimes is the added strength you need to tackle whatever comes your way.

The streamlined wrap design creates a sophisticated silhouette perfect for office or evening.  The luster of the soft neutrals comes from the silk/wool blend fabric.  It's a piece you can wear all year round paired with dress shirts, blouses and sweaters for the office or a simple camisole on a night out.

Remember shoes can dictate a look.  Opt for boots when going casual, pumps for professional settings and strappy heels for those gussied up nights.

The soft browns compliment pastels to bright jewel tones. So pairing options are unlimited.
I went a little edgy and finished this outfit with a brown leather jacket.

Polish your look with some python prints!

Nicely Neutral

I Dress Colorfully Most of my Days, but I do Appreciate a Nice Break with Toned Down Soft Neutrals

Light Neutrals can be Challenging

Most Gals Fear the 'Washed Out' Look

When Choosing Light Neutrals, Opt for Saturated Tones, and Rich Fabrics. They Combat the Dull Appearance.

This Blouse Caught my Eye for Several Reasons: Light Peach Color, Python Print, Delicate Thin Silk Fabric, Bloused Cut & Satin Trim

Tip: A Skin Colored Cami becomes Virtually Invisible Under Shear Tops ... You Don't want to Compete with Your Blouse with Unsightly Undergarment Silhouettes

Predictably,  I wanted to pair it with Ivory but in Looking at the Tones of the Snake Print I Felt that a Taupe would Really Bring out the Subtle Brown Shades.

The Satin Trim with it's Sheen Contrasts Against my Skin - Prevents it from just Blending in.

Textures & Prints are Key to Creating Interest When Wearing Neutrals

Python - Powerful & Poised

Python - A Print That's Oh So Exotic, Edgy and Powerful!

I have a Deep Fear of Snakes but When I Wear their Markings in my Garments,
I can't help but feel Poised and Perfectly Polished.

Animal Prints are my Go-To for adding Pattern to my Looks.
They're Found in Nature and are Abstract in Origin.
They Tend to have a Softer look over Graphic Prints.

I do Believe that you should keep your Animal Prints Primarily in
Blouses, Dresses, Shoes and Handbags.

I used to think Animal Prints & Dark Colors were too Edgy for Day Time
So Not True!

I feel Confident, Sophisticated, and Even Luxurious When I Wear this Python Blouse.
